Through Trevino Academy, we provide hands-on training and real-world education for beauty professionals. Whether you are a seasoned Esthetician or brand new to the beauty industry, our Electrolysis Training Program is designed to build technical skills, business confidence, and long-term earning potential while preparing future Electrologists to serve their clients ethically, competently, and with care.

In our Beauty Business Bootcamp or through ongoing Business Mentorship with Olivia Trevino, we teach you the business basics including how to build a clientele.
Trevino Academy exists to create Electrologists and to close the gap between licensing/certification and tangible real life success.
Our program covers multiple modalities of Electrolysis - in theory and in practice, client management, and clinic-level protocols including proper sterilization so our graduates can work smarter, earn more, and build sustainable careers.

Our Electrolysis Training Program includes Theory and Hands- On Education.
Theory Includes: Hair and Skin anatomy, Hair Growth Cycles, Electrolysis Theory, Machines and Methods, Client Safety, Sterilization, Consultations, Treatment Protocols, Contraindications, Electrolysis for Surgery Preparation, Gender- Affirming Care, and more. Additionally, we provide you with the list of everything you need to get started, our venders, and machine recommendations.
Hands- On: The majority of our time together will be spent working with client models. We begin working on clients during the 2nd half of day 1! We jump right in. Developing the skill and “electrologists intuition” is the most important piece to becoming a successful Electrologist. At Trevino Beauty, our Electrologists are all assistant instructors and will each spend 1:1 time with our students. This gives our students multiple perspectives.
Flexible Schedule: We begin on a weekend. Saturday + Sunday, 10am - 4pm. (Lunch will be provided on day one). We require that each student dedicate a minimum of 4hrs per week and we can work with most schedules. We have availability Tuesday - Friday, 10- 6, and Saturdays from 10-4. Future Electrologists doing the flexible program will graduate within 3 months.
Accelerated Schedule: We have accelerated options for licensed estheticians and/or for those we are from out of town. For a licensed Esthetician who wants to bring in Electrolysis as an additional service to their practice, we offer a 1-week program. Please contact us if you are from out of town or desire an accelerated option. We can make accessions for those who we feel are a good fit.
